Ting began long before the business had a name. It started with the lessons I learned watching my father build a company from nothing to a Main Market Public Listed Company — lessons about discipline, resilience, and the power of understanding your numbers.

Throughout my career across the UK, Malaysia, and China, I met founders with brilliant ideas and unstoppable drive. Yet so many were held back by one thing: a lack of financial clarity. Not because they weren’t capable, but because no one had ever translated the numbers into something meaningful for them.

I created Ting to change that.

My mission is simple: to give business owners the clarity and confidence they deserve, so they can make decisions with intention and build the legacy they envision.

Ting (黄淑婷）

is a Lead Senior Strategic Consultant at Ting. Ting's experience includes working in the audit practice at Ernst & Young (EY) and several commercial companies in the UK, Malaysia and China.

Ting graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor's degree with honors in Accounting and Financial Management. She was fully qualified as Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) in 2008 in London.

Dr. Kung Wai Chiu Marco (孔維釗博士)

Dr. Kung will lead our business operations across the UK and Europe, supporting both expansion and sourcing activities connected to Hong Kong and China region.

His background includes extensive experience in compliance, company secretarial practice, and financial management for listed companies.

Dr. Kung holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Australia, a Master of Corporate Governance, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

He is a Fellow of:
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
• Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA)
• Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK)

He is also an Associate of:
• The Chartered Governance Institute
• The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute

In addition, Dr. Kung has been a Certified Tax Adviser since 2010.

Dr Kung became a Chartered Governance Professional of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute since 2018.

Mr Chung Hua Von

Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Certified Fraud Examiner with ACFE.

Von has more than twenty years of senior experience across Audits & Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A Transaction Services, Company Incorporation, Forensics Services, having held leadership roles at EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC and BDO in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Vietnam. He has supported organisations ranging from high‑growth start‑ups to established global enterprises.

With deep expertise in commercialisation and international trade, Von will play a pivotal role in scaling our Global Trade services and strengthening the support we provide to clients across all sectors. We’re thrilled to have him join the team.

Theseira Hiew

Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA)

is a Lead Senior Financial Accounting International Consultant at Ting. Theseira's experience includes working in the audit practice at Ernst & Young China (EY) and KPMG Malaysia where she served clients across a wide variety of industries in the private sectors. She was fully qualified in 2001 and became Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) in 2011.
