Managing Director and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA)
Paula is a Strategic Consultant at Ting. Ting's experience includes working in the audit practice at Ernst & Young (EY) and several commercial companies in the UK, Malaysia and China.
Ting graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor's degree with honors in Accounting and Financial Management. She was fully qualified as Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) in 2008 in London.
Ting likes tennis, swimming, pickleball, gym and golf.
Jonathan Fearby
UK and Europe Client Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA)
Jonathan brings over 20 years of senior finance experience across universities, charities, arts institutions, scientific research and commercial organisations — including UEL, UCL, The British Museum, The Courtauld Institute, NSPCC, City & Guilds and the Francis Crick Institute.
What stood out most is Jonathan’s ability to bring clarity, credibility and calm into complex financial environments. He has a proven track record of strengthening budgeting processes, improving reporting quality, leading statutory accounts, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level.
At Ting, Jonathan will play a key role in supporting our clients with robust financial insight, forecasting discipline and high‑quality management reporting — all delivered with the professionalism and integrity he’s known for.
Chung Hua Von
Southeast Asia Client Accountant and
Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Certified Fraud Examiner with ACFE.
Von has more than twenty years of senior experience across Audits & Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A Transaction Services, Company Incorporation, Forensics Services, having held leadership roles at EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC and BDO in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Vietnam.
He has supported organisations ranging from high‑growth start‑ups to established global enterprises.
With deep expertise in commercialisation and international trade, Von will play a pivotal role in scaling our international services and strengthening the support we provide to clients across all sectors.
Dr. Kung Wai Chiu Marco
(孔維釗博士)
China & Hong Kong Client Accountant (UK‑Based) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Dr. Kung will lead our business operations across the UK and Europe, supporting both expansion and business activities connected to Hong Kong and China region.
His background includes extensive experience in compliance, company secretarial practice, and financial management for listed companies.
Dr. Kung holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Australia, a Master of Corporate Governance, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
He is a Fellow of:

Thomas Mah
ERP & Finance Systems Consultant and
Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia)
Thomas is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and a graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with 19 years of experience across finance, ERP implementation, and project management.
With a strong foundation in both finance and technology, he brings deep expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing system performance, and transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
In addition to his systems and project expertise, Thomas is highly skilled in financial modelling, enabling organisations to forecast with confidence, evaluate scenarios, and make data‑driven strategic decisions.
His background as an ERP consultant across Hong Kong and China in 用友(Yonyou Network Technology), and later as an in‑house systems consultant in the UK, strengthens Ting’s ability to help organisations build clarity, optimise financial systems, and execute transformation projects with confidence.
